This role combines business development, account management, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. **Candidates will need to be currently located in the vicinity of Banff/Canmore BC.****Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Canmore/Banff territory* Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and install support as needed within territory* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives**WHAT YOU''LL BRING:*** Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)* 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM* Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets* Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record* Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required* Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset* Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred**WHAT WE OFFER:*** Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives* Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, retirement savings)* Company vehicle* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities* The chance to be part of a global leader in sustainability and innovation#LI-DS1#remote**WHY JOIN US:**At Diversey, A Solenis Company, sustainability isnt just a corporate value its a way of life.
