THE ROLES Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment As a Style Advisor, you will: Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise Create meaningful, memorable experiences Build personalized connections to enhance client loyalty As a Service Advisor, you will: Welcome clients and direct them appropriately Prepare products and process transactions efficiently Package products for an elevated experience Support operations at the Service Counter As an Inventory Associate, you will: Process shipments accurately and efficiently Strategically place products and uphold display standards Support cross-channel shopping experiences and retail operations As a Merchandiser, you will: Process shipments and place products on the sales floor Translate product stories and validate display standards Support seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations THE QUALIFICATIONS An aspirational sense of individual style A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia''s values and leadership principles Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams A dedication to quality and results THE COMPENSATION The typical hourly range is $20 - $30.
