Industries: Hospitals and Health Care. Our FYidoctors Lower Sackville clinic is looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience to join us as a Patient Services Specialist . This fulltime position (3040 hours per week) requires working Monday to Saturday. You will play a critical role in delivering worldclass service to our patients everyday, handling front desk reception, pretesting duties, and being the first point of contact. Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic Checking patients in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments Administering pretesting services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
