What role you will play in our team We are seeking Facility and Integrity engineering students interested in developing their fieldbased engineering skills at Imperial Oils Cold Lake asset. Imperials Cold Lake operation produces over 150kbd from 200+ pads at our 5CPFs transported through a system of more than 800 pipelines. What you will do Individuals will have the opportunity to work on challenging problems for both new and older facilities, interfacing with an enthusiastic and collaborative team of Technical Subject Matter Experts, Operations and Maintenance personnel. Depending on their assignment, they may work on developing technical work products for new equipment designs, RIKs and optimisation of facility operations, or responsibilities focused on inspection planning, equipment performance surveillance, root cause analysis of failures and developing repair plans. About you Skills and Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a Canadian accredited Engineering university and returning to school after this work term. Previous industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential. To be considered for employment, your most recent unofficial transcript(s) must be submitted with your application. Preferred Qualifications / Experience Knowledge of field integrity processes, risk assessment, and equipment performance monitoring. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Effective written and verbal communication in English.
