Position Details Position: Senior Change Advisor, Strategic Change Management (12month contract) Employment Type: Contract, Fulltime Compensation: Salaries typically range from $96,557 to $128,743 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Location: Hybrid work environment; 2 days per week in the office. The role can be performed from EDCs headquarters in Ottawa or from one of our Community Hubs located in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Brossard, Laval, Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Vancouver, Quebec City, Edmonton, Windsor, Kitchener, Winnipeg, Regina or Moncton. Team And Job Overview EDCs Strategic Change Services team is building capacity to support corporate strategy and change agenda. We foster an enterprise approach to organizational change management and develop change leadership as a corporate capability, supporting EDC business strategies and enhancing capacity to initiate and embrace change through consulting and support on key corporate initiatives. What You Will Be Doing Work with EDC teams and employees at all levels to assess scope and impact of change, define a process for managing it, and develop change plans for delivery. Design detailed plans for each change project to document process, sponsor/stakeholder roles, outputs, and target dates. Track progress and identify critical path issues. Provide a blend of tactical implementation and advisory expertise to support organizational transformation. Build relationships among Executive Leaders and drive results without reporting relationships. Advise and guide sponsors, impacted teams and individuals through the change process. Champion the use of the EDCs agile change management framework and tools. Identify process improvements and integrate these into ongoing updates of framework and tools. Act as a key content expert and resource for all inquiries and activities related to the EDC change management framework. Build relationships with other corporate support teams such as Corporate Communications, Project Management, Business Partners, and Learning and Development to establish respective roles within change projects and partner in delivery. Coach and mentor other team members by sharing experiences and expertise. Require specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in change leadership research and behaviours. Lead others to solve complex problems; leverage analytical skills to implement datadriven decisions. Work independently, often in the face of ambiguity, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead multifunctional projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity. Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view. What We Are Looking For Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in and advanced knowledge of change management. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing change in an Agile context. Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives involving ServiceNow or similar platforms. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including making presentations. Excellent organizational consulting, customer service, and facilitation skills at all levels within the organization. Strong analytical, problemsolving and critical thinking skills. Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Strong creativity and ability to work in an abstract or conceptual mode. Ability to quickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture. What Will Make You Stand Out Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci). Understanding of Design Thinking practices, with a focus on Customer Centricity. Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, especially CSM workflows, case management, and integrations. Bilingual in both official languages (French and English).
