Senior Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Animator full time location: abu dhabi, UAE seniority: Senior languages: Fluent English (Arabic preferred) reports to: team: Creative note: This role is part of ZIAs inhouse Production (PostProduction) team and works closely with crossfunctional teams to bring campaign stories to life through impactful duallanguage video content. Youll lead the design development of integrated campaigns, social media assets, brand identities, event graphics, and animated content. This role requires both technical skill and conceptual thinking youll work across formats and platforms, guiding junior designers while collaborating with creative leads and producers. Arabic language skills are a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities Design campaign visuals, layouts, and assets across digital, print, and environmental formats Create storyboards and motion graphics for animated video content, reels, and social posts Ensure visual work is brandaligned, audiencerelevant, and culturally sensitive Translate strategic messaging into highimpact visual narratives Collaborate closely with content, creative, production, and strategy teams Work across multiple accounts, adapting concepts for various platforms and formats Present concepts and designs internally, and occasionally to clients Guide junior designers and provide feedback on design and motion quality Stay updated on regional design trends, animation styles, and visual innovations Required Qualifications & Experience3> 46+ years of experience in video editing Native Arabic speaker with fluency in Modern Standard Arabic (and optionally regional dialects) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Experience editing content for both social media and formal/government use Solid understanding of story structure, sound editing, transitions, and Arabic text layout Able to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment with multiple priorities Experience working in an agency or with government/media organizations is a strong plus Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Arabic typography and bilingual design experience Experience creating event graphics or working in largeformat design Familiarity with tools like Figma, Premiere Pro, or 3D animation software Experience working with government or culturally sensitive campaigns Leadership or mentorship experience with junior design staff Why Join ZIA Work on meaningful, highimpact national projects Competitive salary and performancebased growth opportunities Exposure to crosscollaborative work across disciplines, clients, and cultures A diverse, dynamic, multicultural team with a shared standard of excellence A creative culture that celebrates innovation, authenticity, bold thinking, cultural relevance, and results About ZIA ZIA Creative Network is a culturally rooted creative agency with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Halifax .
