On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting salespeople to join their growing team of dedicated professionals as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for conducting market analyses, advising clients on commercial realestate transactions, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent customer service. Daytoday tasks include working with tenants, landlords, vendors, and purchasers to facilitate successful commercial realestate transactions. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop new markets as well as continue to serve and grow their existing markets. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will work closely with a small team of specialized industry professionals to identify opportunities and create value for their growing list of commercial clients. Qualifications: Strong sales skills and customerservice orientation. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience in Commercial Real Estate or another facet of real estate preferred, but not necessary. Clientfocused approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. Excel in a fastpaced performancedriven environment. University or community college degree preferred. Real Estate license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain.
