What Youll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection). Document and label all orders correctly by interpreting and understanding documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service, providing support and resolving issues. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean and hygienic work area, clean up spills immediately, and ensure totes are free of debris before packing. Operate materialhandling equipment safely, complete all safety preinspection checks before use, and exhibit behaviors that support the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiency, customer satisfaction, safety, work conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility in completing and adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Pay The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste dbute 17.75$.
