Oakland Products manufactures grain dryers 10 minutes south of Brandon for the agriculture sector of North America. We have a full line of metal fabrication products, utilizing state of the art equipment to manufacture grain dryers. Position Summary Job summarywould include Oakland Products is looking for a motivated individual to work in the agricultural industry on grain dryers but not limited to, at their manufacturing facility which would include a scope of working on manufacturing complete control panels, wiring grain dryers maneuvering PLC programs, completing Quality assurance tasks, work on gas trains. The field portion of the job requires starting up grain dryers with AHJ in various municipalities in western Canada, training farmers to run their Dryer systems, and doing service calls. Required Qualifications Qualifications are a bit of an open book as we are looking at a variety of candidates to fill this position. We are also interested in apprenticing the right technician. The proper candidate has to be very electrically minded.
