Overview Position: STEM PhDs Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Duration: 12 months minimum (with possible extension) Commitment: 1020 hrs/week (can extend up to 40 hrs/week; flexible, part-time) Compensation: $55$90/hour Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $90.00/hr. Create difficult and domain-specific problems designed to evaluate and improve language model reasoning and performance. Collaborate directly with prominent AI researchers via private Slack channels and asynchronous workflows. Review and refine problem sets, data, and AI-generated outputs for rigor, quality, and scientific accuracy. Provide structured, constructive feedback to help AI engineers optimize workflows and problem quality. Engage in ongoing, flexible project work, with open applications and the opportunity for extended involvement. Requirements STEM PhD such as Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical), Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and asynchronously within a remote, global team. Willingness to participate in a short, paid onboarding process.
