Heres What Youll Get By Joining Our Team: Automatic annual pay increases to recognize your continued contribution and growth in the role Opportunity to attend professional development and mentalhealth related workshops Chance to be part of a growing company with advancement opportunities as we expand Ability to participate in our Community Impact Program a program that pays you to volunteer with your favorite charity once a quarter Your General Responsibilities Monitor all front desk activities, bookings and inquiries Support clients with matching to their bestfitting therapist Assist with client payment, direct billing, scheduling, and app features Ensure client forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner Contact clients who require followup or reminders Maintain regular communication with therapists and the studio team to ensure booking, matching, and payment processes run smoothly Stay uptodate with updates and processes by attending team meetings or staying connected with the Studio Manager & Counselling Lead Support with maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment Your Skills Experience working in office administration, healthcare, or customer service Interest in learning more about and promoting mental health Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and think on your feet Thrives when working with people from diverse backgrounds Ability to maintain highly confidential correspondence, filing, and telephone communication Considered A Plus Certification in office or business administration studies or a healthcarerelated field Completed courses related to psychology or mental health (e.g., suicide intervention training) Compensation The hourly rate for this role is $20/hour. Hours of Work This is a parttime role. We are looking for someone with flexible availability (including evenings and weekends). Location This role will be required to work out of any of our greater Edmonton area based locations (Whyte Ave, Central Edmonton, St. Albert, Windermere).
