Prsentation du poste AXXEL RH recrute une Adjoint(e) Juridique Droit du travail pour un cabinet juridique international de premier plan, reconnu pour sa porte mondiale, sa culture collaborative et sa capacit grer des dossiers complexes et stratgiques dans plusieurs juridictions. Relevant de la gestionnaire des Services de soutien juridique, la personne titulaire du poste a la responsabilit de fournir un service de soutien administratif et juridique aux avocat-e-s de son quipe et, occasionnellement, dautres professionnels en lien avec les dossiers. laise en franais et en anglais, proactive, elle se dmarque par sa rigueur et son sens de lorganisation et des priorits. Tches Rdiger, transcrire, rviser et mettre en page divers documents de nature juridique et administrative, des rapports et des correspondances; Assurer la coordination et le suivi des dossiers; Assurer les suivis tlphoniques et les correspondances lectroniques et postales; Procder louverture des nouveaux dossiers, sassurer de leur mise jour et du classement quotidien des dossiers et des courriels; Monter les cahiers dautorits lors dauditions; Vrifier les calculs des dlais lors de procdures et en assurer les suivis auprs de son quipe; Effectuer des travaux de recherche et danalyse, colliger et assembler divers renseignements dans les dossiers de litige en matire de relations de travail et de LSST; Organiser des runions et en coordonner tous les aspects lorsque ncessaire; Enregistrer les entres de temps et les comptes de dpenses; Organiser les dplacements lorsque demand; Accomplir toute autre tche connexe. Exigences Diplme dtudes collgiales en Techniques juridiques ou professionnelles en bureautique, option juridique, ou toute autre formation jumele avec une exprience professionnelle pertinente; Possder un minimum de cinq (5) ans dexprience dans un poste similaire. Comptences essentielles Connaissance du droit du travail et des procdures de litige; Maitriser les logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office; Maitrise du franais et de langlais, tant loral qu lcrit; Capacit grer plusieurs dossiers la fois et travailler sous pression; Sens de lorganisation et des priorits, rigueur et minutie; Dbrouillardise et flexibilit; Bon esprit dquipe; Grande discrtion. Reporting to the Manager of Legal Support Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to the lawyers on their team and, occasionally, to other professionals involved in the files. Comfortable working in both French and English, proactive, and detail-oriented, this person stands out for their strong organizational and prioritization skills. Responsibilities Draft, transcribe, revise, and format various legal and administrative documents, reports, and correspondence; Coordinate and follow up on files; Handle telephone follow-ups as well as electronic and postal correspondence; Open new files, ensure they are kept up to date, and manage daily filing of documents and emails; Prepare books of authorities for hearings; Verify calculation of procedural deadlines and ensure appropriate follow-ups with the team; Conduct research and analysis, gather and compile information for litigation files related to labour relations and occupational health and safety (LSST); Organize meetings and coordinate all related logistics as required; Record time entries and expense accounts; Arrange travel when requested; Perform any other related duties. Requirements College diploma (DEC) in Legal Techniques or Office Administration with a legal option, or any other relevant education combined with appropriate professional experience; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role. Key Competencies Knowledge of labour and employment law and litigation procedures; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken; Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure; Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy; Resourcefulness and flexibility; Strong team spirit; High level of discretion.
