Responsibilities: Daily Expense Reimbursement: Handle reimbursements for new warehouse searches, leases, properties, utility networks, and other expenses. Office Supplies Procurement and Supplier Maintenance: Manage the procurement and maintenance of daily office supplies, warehouse supplies, packaging materials, and loading and unloading equipment. Equipment Leasing and Maintenance: Oversee equipment leasing, maintenance, overhauls, and related cost reimbursements; provide skills training and issue on-the-job qualification licenses. Vehicle Management: Manage vehicle maintenance, overhauls, insurance, and license renewals. Fire Inspection: Conduct periodic inspections, renewals, and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment. Safety Production: Perform safety inspections, install alarm and monitoring systems, control safety risks, and ensure safety production. Network Maintenance: Ensure network security and perform troubleshooting. Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and overhaul water, electricity, lighting, air conditioning, heating, doors, and other facilities. License & Insurance: Handle the purchase, annual renewal, and audit of warehouse and vehicle insurance. Cleaning: Maintain warehouse hygiene and cleanliness, manage environmental maintenance, and dispose of garbage and cardboard. Landlord Liaison: Maintain landlord relationships, address warehouse issues, and handle landlord requirements. Public Relations Maintenance: Maintain government and public relations and manage official receptions. Qualifications BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university. Experience supporting administration with supply-chain, warehouse working experience Strong communication and coordination abilities. 2+ years of management all models experience in one or more of the following industries: shipping/logistics, distribution centers, manufacturing environments Familiarity in purchasing negotiation and public relations.
