We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and policies. Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update employee payroll and benefits records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes. Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, etc.) and assist with annual open enrollment. Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts and prepare reports for finance and HR departments. Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits coverage. Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal wage and benefit regulations. Coordinate with HR, accounting, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and efficient processes. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience . Proficiency with ADP or Ceridian payroll systems required. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration. Exceptional accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
