Your New Company You will be working for a local property management company with a large portfolio of office properties across Alberta. This company is well known for its staff retention and the quality of its properties. Due to a departure they are in need of a new Building Operator to support on an A-Class high-rise office tower in downtown Calgary. Your New Role You will report directly to the Operations Manager and be working in a team of 5 supporting 1 A-class high-rise office tower in the Downtown Core. You will be responsible for supporting approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of office space and multiple tenant amenities. You will be carrying out the day-to-day operations, including work orders, planned and preventative maintenance and overseeing contractors on site. What Youll Need to Succeed My client is looking for someone who has their 5th or 4th class PE and at least 4+ years experience in commercial building operations. You will be the operator looking after 1 high-end property, so strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, Chillers, Coolers & RTUs is preferable. You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with tenants & overseeing contractors on site.
