Role Overview We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support a French Language Compliance initiative. This role will focus on coordinating compliance activities, supporting audits, and ensuring alignment with Quebec French language regulations while working closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities Coordinate activities between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the Office of the French Language in Quebec (OQLF) Support auditing processes related to French language compliance Assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, documentation, and reporting Ensure adherence to Quebec French language laws and requirements Facilitate communication across teams to ensure compliance milestones are met Travel to the Montreal location as needed to support on-site auditing activities Required Qualifications Fluency in French is mandatory Proven experience supporting compliance, regulatory, or audit-related initiatives Hands-on experience with OQLF French Compliance , Bill 96 , and/or Bill 101 Background in regulated industries (highly preferred) Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in program coordination or compliance-focused roles Experience working with government or regulatory bodies in Quebec
