Mamann Sandaluk LLP is a full-service immigration law firm in downtown Toronto. We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Lawyer or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to handle a variety of routine and complex permanent and temporary immigration applications. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Remote/Hybrid Salary: Commensurate with experience, generous benefits package To qualify for this role, you must have: Admission to a Canadian provincial bar or RCIC License 3+ years of Canadian immigration experience in i.e., business visitors, all types of work permits (LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt), LMIA (High wage and Low wage), Express Entry, PNP, C10, C11, Investors/Entrepreneurs, etc. Main responsibilities include: Performing case assessments and consultations Writing and editing submissions for immigration applications Researching law, procedures, and developments in immigration law Achieving a high rate of success, client satisfaction, and meeting productivity targets What working with Mamann Sandaluk LLP offers: An opportunity to do a wide assortment of different immigration applications in a supportive team setting with advanced technological tools and resources.
