Multistorey Tenant Improvement Superintendent Winnipeg I am working with a newly established general contractor specializing in new builds, multifamily developments, tenant improvements and renovations. Were looking for a Superintendent whos hands-on, organized, and ready to take ownership of site operations. Youll be leading builds that include concrete parkades and overseeing full-cycle construction from excavation to occupancy in a fast-paced company. What Youll Be Doing Running day-to-day site operations on commercial and residential projects Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site staff to keep things moving smoothly Ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are always on track Traveling as needed What Were Looking For Experience as a Superintendent on various projects Someone whos organized, proactive, and communicates well Comfortable working with a younger, dynamic team Open to occasional travel Even if you dont meet the full criteria, there may always be something else still apply!
