As Partnerships Coordinator, youll work closely with our Director of Partnerships to help power the strategic campaigns, programs, and systems that directly fuel BetaKits growth. Youll be deeply involved in the execution of partnered initiatives, supporting relationships with key stakeholders across the sector, and be trusted with responsibility from day one. If youre fascinated by media and content strategy, enjoy client-facing account management, and are a systems-oriented thinker, youll thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Partnered Content Management & Logistics: Coordinate strategic partnerships post-sale, including articles, videos, and digital campaigns from scoping through to execution. This includes: managing internal tracking systems, overseeing freelance and vendor contributions, and supporting partner relationships throughout the lifecycle of each initiative. Media Campaign Performance Reporting: Ensure our partners receive clear, comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, reach, and impact. Membership Management and Program Execution: Manage onboarding, member engagement, and ongoing support for BetaKits growing membership program designed for incubators, accelerators, and VC firms. Inventory System Management: Own and manage BetaKits advertising inventory systems across our key channels: ensuring high-visibility, strong engagement and seamless delivery. Partnerships Sales Enablement: Support BetaKits partnership strategy by helping prospect, track and maintain a strong pipeline of partner relationships across revenue lines. Who You Are: Youre genuinely interested in the Canadian technology and innovation ecosystem and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to its growth. Youre deeply interested in digital media, both broadly and in the key role it plays in fueling our national innovation narrative. Bonus points if you can tell us your favourite podcast, substack, or social handles. Youre highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You enjoy bringing structure to complex projects and take pride in delivering high-quality work on time. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly. Youre a clear, confident communicator who builds trust through reliability and follow-through. You are comfortable working with internal teams, external partners, and freelance contributors, and you understand the importance of strong relationships in delivering successful business outcomes. This is a high-ownership role for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in executing media campaigns, strategic programs, and managing operational systems at an ambitious, mission-driven media company. What You Bring: An ownership mindset and the ability to keep projects moving and systems running smoothly. An ability to spot gaps, adjust plans, and find workable solutions as projects evolve. Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities. Clear, confident communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; external account management experience is a plus. Experience or familiarity with tools such as Trello, HubSpot, Zoom, Luma, Klaviyo, Zapier, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace. Comfort working collaboratively with others while remaining self-directed and independent. 1-3 years of relevant work experience; an educational background in business administration or a related field is considered an asset.
