Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vancouver, BC for an Early Childhood Educator (ECE). The ECE will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and fostering the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of children. Additional tasks include ensuring the safety and well-being of children, maintaining organized learning environments, and collaborating with families and team members to support childrens individual needs. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and expertise in Working With Children Organization Skills to manage daily activities and maintain a structured learning environment Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education (required) Professional attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and development
