As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a fiveperson inside sales/order desk team within a busy lighting and electrical distribution company. You will provide leadership, handson support, and technical expertise to drive performance, streamline communication, and strengthen the bridge between inside and outside sales. Experience managing or mentoring a sales or order desk team.
