Overview Bravocon Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Fiber Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber optic networks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with fiber construction and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install, splice, terminate, and test fiber optic cables (single-mode and multi-mode) Perform fusion splicing and mechanical splicing Read and interpret fiber prints, schematics, and construction drawings Test fiber using OTDR, power meter, and light source equipment Troubleshoot fiber faults and perform repairs as needed Install and maintain enclosures, patch panels, and cabinets Maintain accurate documentation and test results Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site requirements Work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions Travel to job sites as required Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of experience as a Fiber Technician (or related telecom role) Knowledge of fiber optic construction standards and best practices Experience with fusion splicing equipment and test tools Ability to read and understand technical drawings Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically able to lift equipment and work in confined spaces What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for overtime Training and certification support Career growth within a growing company Supportive and safety-focused work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
