Other well-known and successful Church & Dwight brands include First Response, Trojan, Rub A535, Gravol, Orajel, Nair, Anusol, Waterpik, and Batiste Dry Shampoos.**THE POSITION:**National Business Manager, Loblaws (18 month contract)**Overview:**As National Business Manager, you will be responsible for the support and execution of business strategies at Loblaws to deliver Church & Dwight Canadas category and brand objectives while achieving customer revenue & profit targets as assigned by the National Team Leader. You will directly lead Church & Dwights Loblaws relationship on your assigned brands and collaborate cross functionally on the future strategic direction with this customer, including key negotiations and business plans for the category.**Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales, share, and profit goals and priorities consistent with CHD brand and corporate strategies.* Build and sustain a crossfunctional partnership with Loblaws, ensuring a bestinclass vendor relationship across all Loblaws divisions.* Lead development and execution of Joint Business Plans including annual negotiations, bannerspecific growth plans, and strategic partnerships that align customer and CHD priorities.* Drive category and brand execution through Loblaws processes, including new item listings and business cases, Planogram submissions and recommendations, and PC Optimum loyalty program integration.* Drive omnichannel execution across PC Express by enhancing online assortment, visibility, and promotional impact.* Leverage shopper insights, POS analytics, and syndicated data (e.g., LDIA) to influence customer category strategy and support dataled recommendations on assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.* Work collaboratively with the Team Lead, National Accounts Director, Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, Deduction Analysts, Customer Broker Partner (Advantage Solutions), and other internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and execute customerspecific plans and brand priorities.* Coordinate and communicate retail execution plans with Advantage Solutions, including merchandising, pricing, distribution, displays, and planogram compliance.* Report on competitive activity and banner performance trends weekly/quarterly to support proactive strategic adjustments.* Provide forecast updates to the Demand Planning team through ongoing shipment, inventory, and POS analysis to meet forecast accuracy targets.* Manage overall financial delivery for the Loblaws business including sales, trade spend, deductions, markdowns, and grosstonet.**Qualifications:*** Bachelors Degree required.* Minimum 46 years of CPG sales experience, preferably with a National retailer, with Loblaws and/or Shoppers Drug Mart experience strongly preferred.* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated POS data.* Strong strategic negotiation skills and influencebased selling capability (GAP/TNG training is an asset).* Proven ability to transform shopper insights and data into actionable customerrelevant plans.* Prior experience utilizing Account Management planning software would be beneficial for the role.* Position requires individual to have a thorough understanding of business financials and solid presentation experience to executive level personnel within their own company and within the Retailer environment.**Key Competencies:*** Solid analytical skills* Effective communication and presentation skills* Experienced negotiator and strategic thinker* Strong collaborator and team player* Passionate about driving change within the organization* Entrepreneurial, businessowner mindsetChurch & Dwight Canada may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools as part of its recruitment and selection process. Church & Dwights salary ranges are intentionally broad to provide employees with opportunities for future growth and progression within the company.
