Were excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Maintenance Inventory Coordinator. This is an essential role for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives at the intersection of maintenance and materials management. As a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator, youll be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, supporting maintenance scheduling, and ensuring critical equipment components are available when needed. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing downtime and keeping plant operations running smoothly. Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Coordinating the procurement, organization, and tracking of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies Monitoring inventory levels and initiating reorders to maintain optimal stock levels for planned and unplanned maintenance activities Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming materials into the maintenance inventory system Collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure parts availability for scheduled PMs and emergency repairs Managing the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for part numbers, equipment BOMs, and work order tracking Conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize obsolescence Working with vendors and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, expedite deliveries, and source alternatives Supporting maintenance team leads with work order documentation and reporting Mandatory Requirements: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, maintenance coordination, or materials management in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proficiency in CMMS systems and inventory management software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of industrial equipment, parts, and maintenance terminology Intermediate Excel skills and experience with data entry and reporting Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments Location: Brantford, Ontario Salary Range: $65,000 $75,000 If you are interested in learning more about the Maintenance Inventory Coordinator opportunity, please submit your updated resume to .
