Overview We are looking for a E-Commerce Manager to add value to our team at Publicis Media Zenith managing display campaigns on Amazon, Walmart and other retailers. Responsibilities Campaign Activation & Ops Launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Amazon Search & DSP, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo, Uber Ads, DoorDash Ads, and Loblaws (MediaAisle). Own end-to-end campaign operations: creative trafficking/specs QA, flighting, budget allocations, pacing, bid and keyword optimizations, audience refinements, and measurement setup. Monitor performance daily and take action to hit targets (ROAS, sales, NTB, share of voice, etc.), escalating risks early. Own end-to-end ops: Creatives/Specs, flighting, budget allocations, pacing, bid/audience/keyword refinements. Strategy & Planning Support the Manager/team on client briefs, media recommendations, testing roadmaps, and retail media plans. Partner cross-functionally to improve retail readiness: catalog hygiene, PDP content, reviews/ratings, pricing, promo planning, inventory checks, and OOS suppression to reduce wasted spend and improve conversion. Reporting & Insights Pull, clean, and harmonize data across platforms (Amazon Search/DSP, Walmart, Instacart, Loblaws, Criteo, etc.) to deliver weekly/bi-weekly, monthly, and QBR reporting. Client-Facing Ownership Own day-to-day client comms: campaign updates, pacing/budget status, launch readiness, timelines/approvals, and issue resolution. Proactively communicate trade-offs, risks, and recommended actions clearly and confidently. Partner & Cross-Functional Engagement Work with retailer partners and tech vendors (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Loblaws, Uber, DoorDash) to unlock opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, analytics, finance/billing) to ensure smooth delivery. Process Maintain operational excellence: naming conventions, pacing trackers, SOV monitoring, change logs, QA checklists, and documentation to support scalable delivery. Responsible for entering media buy inputs into Prisma in a timely manner, and coaching/teaching Coordinators on Prisma processes and best practices. Ensure budget accuracy within PM media finance systems (including reconciliation checks and timely updates aligned to approved plans). Update and approve BCR amounts monthly, ensuring alignment across pacing, invoicing, and finance governance. Qualifications 12+ years in retail media / performance marketing, with hands-on Amazon Search & DSP experience. Working knowledge of Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo, and familiarity with Uber Ads, DoorDash Ads, and Loblaws (MediaAisle). Strong project management skills: comfortable managing multiple campaigns, timelines, approvals, and stakeholders. Strengths Confident in data: ability to aggregate, manipulate, and analyze performance data and translate into actions. Proven ownership of pacing, reporting, and campaign optimization with attention to detail. Clear communicator with a proactive mindset, raises issues early and proposes solutions. Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Tools Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
