We are looking to add another Maintenance person to join our team! Brandon Maintenance Services is a growing property management company that provides full-service management to our clients. One of the services that we provide is high-quality maintenance and renovations, and to do this we need qualified team members who have experience with a variety of skills. Our daily tasks can range from changing lightbulbs all the way to framing walls. We pick team members who specialize in certain areas and utilize their abilities to provide the best results when maintaining our clients investment properties. Key Responsibilities Maintain a positive working relationship with all clients Maintain good communication with other team members to ensure that jobs are completed Work with others as well as the ability to work independently Expected to complete a number of small tasks in a day when needed (depending on skills) This position requires the use of power tools Time management is needed to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion Light plumbing and electrical work Painting, drywalling, framing (depending on skills) Operate a motor vehicle and possibly pulling a trailer Class 5 driver''s license Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb Ability to complete repetitive tasks Safety oriented Ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently Hours are Monday to Friday 8 4:30 with half hour onsite lunch break Competitive wages Employee benefit package offered after 6 months of employment.
