Role Description This is a full-time performance based, not regular 9 to 5 job with fixed hours, hybrid role for a Private Jet Charter Broker, based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for some remote work. As a broker you are expected to be available by phone or online (Whatsapp or Telegram) outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends. Private jet passengers do not like to wait! The role involves managing end-to-end private jet charter bookings, building and maintaining client relationships, and sourcing flight solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing quotes, coordinating logistics, negotiating with operators, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the booking process. The broker will also stay updated on industry trends and provide expert guidance to meet client needs. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal skills Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of private aviation, travel industry standards, or logistics services Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple bookings and schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with digital tools Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in charter brokerage, sales, or a related field is an advantage Fluency in English; additional languages are a valuable asset Fluency in Russian will be an asset Experience in real estate industry will be beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
