What You''ll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production, while supporting continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting; identify and report mechanical or operational issues to maintenance and management Enforce safety, environmental, and quality procedures by conducting daily safety meetings, hazard assessments, and site inspections Provide handson supervision and support to crushing crew members, equipment operators, and labourers to maintain material flow, quality, and production targets Train, mentor, and support crew members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and overall productivity What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate mining and aggregate equipment in a production environment Strong commitment to safety, leading by example and consistently following procedures to promote a positive safety culture Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic equipment issues Physically capable, dependable, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a demanding, fastpaced setting Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with experience in aggregate operations (including cone crushers, jaws, screens, and conveyors) and a preference for prior leadership experience Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
