Account Manager Marketing & Inbound Sales Location: On-site Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: Base salary + performance-based bonuses Be part of a busy, award-winning and growing company. We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Account Manager to own inbound leads, drive conversions, and manage client relationships from first contact through close and follow-up. This is a front-line revenue role. The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, persuasive, and thrives on closing deals while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a smaller company, this role is critical to growth and requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and working independently. About the Role The Account Manager is responsible for handling all inbound sales leads, actively following up, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. You will also work closely with ownership on marketing initiatives, lead tracking, and process improvement to maximize conversion rates. This is not a passive admin role it is highly sales-focused, phone-heavy, and performance-oriented. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to all inbound leads across phone, email, web forms, and social platforms Actively follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into booked jobs and closed sales Conduct sales calls, educate customers, overcome objections, and close deals Prepare, send, and follow up on estimates and proposals Maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after projects Track leads, sales activity, and conversion metrics Assist with marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and conversion Create Monthly Newsletters/ Blog Posts and email marketing campaigns Manage and schedule social media posts Monitor online inquiries and general inbox Provide feedback on lead quality, customer trends, and campaign performance Operations & Administration Answer and route phone calls professionally Process customer payments Increase the number of reviews we receive on a regular basis What Were Looking For Proven sales experience (required) inbound sales, account management, or service-based sales preferred Extremely outgoing, confident, and comfortable on the phone Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Entrepreneurial mindset with a take ownership attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-routine environment Experience Sales: 1+ year (required) Customer service or account management experience strongly preferred 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday Performance-based bonus pay On-site parking Office located a 10-minute walk from Downsview Subway Station On-site role (not remote) If you are a natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and being part of a growing, hands-on company that values quality work and teamwork, we would love to hear from you.
