Job Information The Department of Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the Procurement Shared Services (PSS) team. In this role, you will ensure that all contracting and tendering activities are accurate, timely and fully compliant with the Government of Northwest Territories (GNWT) legislation, procurement policies, procedures, and land claim agreements. You will administer the tendering and Request for Proposal process for GNWT Departments, Boards, and Agencies. Your work will directly support the GNWT contracting objectives by strengthening risk management, enhancing vendor access and competition, supporting northern businesses, while upholding fairness and transparency. Key Qualifications: Progressive experience (2-3 years) in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management and Administration in the public or private sector combine course work through Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA) of Canada. Relevant Diploma with 2 years of related experience inSupply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management and Administration in the public or private sector. Relevant Certificate with 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management and Administration in the public or private sector. High School with 4 years of related experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management and Administration in the public or private sector. All other equivalencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
