This role sits inside a high-precision manufacturing facility and plays a critical part in improving quality, throughput, safety, and cost efficiency across die manufacturing processes. What Youll Be Doing Lead manufacturing system improvements focused on quality, reliability, and efficiency Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Sales to solve quality and delivery challenges Analyze equipment and process gaps; recommend capital investments and upgrades Support machining, grinding, and heat-treat processes Optimize and standardize tooling and machining practices Develop and maintain process control plans Train operators on new equipment and safe operating standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives that lower cost and improve safety and performance What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Engineering Strong understanding of manufacturing and machining principles Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience working in machining-based manufacturing environments Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally Nice-to-Have CNC programming experience Exposure to grinding, turning, and machining centers Masters degree in Engineering or Technology Multilingual (Mandarin is an asset) Why Apply $80,000+ starting salary (based on experience) 100% employer-paid benefits Pension plan Global organization with long-term stability and growth opportunities Meaningful engineering work with visible impact on production International travel required (2550%)
