Job Description Bilingual Project Manager (Lazerfiche)English -French Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid/Onsite as required) We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual(English/French) Project Manager to join our team in Mississauga. This role is responsible for leading Lazerfiche implementations from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, bilingual communication skills, and experience coordinating clients, vendors, and internal technical teams. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment where clear communication, structured execution, and stakeholder engagement are critical to success. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Lazerfiche implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing communication across language and cultural differences. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation. Track project progress, proactively identify issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Support client engagement by ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations. Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably in bilingual or multicultural environments. Hands-on experience managing Lazerfiche projects or implementations . Bilingual proficiency (English required; second French). Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with external vendors and clients. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Technical & Certifications PMP certification (preferred). Experience working with SaaS software environments.
