Location Bay 309, 4600 - 130th Ave SE Calgary, Alberta T2Z 0C2 Canada Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Chef at Karma Fine Indian Cuisine, located in Calgary, AB. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality Indian cuisine, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and organized cooking environment. Additional duties include collaborating with team members to support seamless food service and incorporating culinary creativity to enhance the menu offerings. Qualifications Expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and proficient Culinary Skills Strong understanding of Food Service and the ability to manage kitchen operations Knowledge of Hygiene and food safety regulations with an ability to maintain clean and efficient workspaces Exceptional organizational and time management skills Experience in Indian cuisine is highly preferred A culinary degree or relevant certification is an asset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Fluent in English Experience Minimum 3 to 5 yrs with Indian Cuisine Pay Starting $36/hr Minimum 40hrs per week Benefits 3 weeks paid vacation annually Free meals while working
