The Opportunity As a Pop-Up Events Assistant, youll be on the front line of our live campaigns, helping bring well-known brands and essential services to life across the Greater Vancouver area. From setting up vibrant pop-up displays to engaging with customers on-site, youll help turn curiosity into connection and conversations into results. Every day is different. What Youll Do Welcome and engage with customers at pop-up events and retail activations Share product knowledge and explain benefits in a clear, friendly way Create positive, memorable interactions that reflect the clients brand Support event setup, teardown, and overall presentation Track activity and customer feedback to support campaign goals Work closely with teammates to create a fun, motivated event environment What You Bring A confident, outgoing personality and a genuine love for people Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or retail is a bonus A flexible schedule and a can-do attitude every event is unique!
