We are looking for equipment operators with experience operating loaders, rock trucks, graders, or dozers. Responsibilities Operates heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner Performs daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment Operates controls to lower and tilt bucket and drive forward to force bucket into bulk material; move lever to raise and tilt bucket when filled. Performs routine cleanings and maintenance such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning Complies with PPE and safety requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid drivers license and clean abstract. Class 3 or class 1 license (Preferred) General construction experience At least 1+ year of previous experience Work Environment This is a field-based position on an active worksite. PPE is required including CSA certified steel-toed boots. Hours of Work Shifts are generally 8-12 hours in length, Monday-Saturday. Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process.
