What it''s like to be a Health, WellBeing, and Disability Management Specialist at Northbridge Financial The Health, Wellbeing, and Disability Management Specialist plays a critical role in building and sustaining a strong culture of wellbeing across Northbridge Financial. As a subject matter expert in employee health, wellbeing and disability management, you will lead and execute key programs, policies, and initiatives that support employees'' total well-being across physical, mental, financial, and social pillars. You will engage and collaborate across all functions of the organization and with partners, stakeholders, leaders, and employees to drive effective accommodation and disability management processes. This role requires strong communication, relationshipbuilding, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing complex, sensitive, and confidential cases. You will stay current on occupational health and safety, disability, workplace wellbeing trends and best practicesensuring that Northbridge continues to evolve and enhance its wellbeing strategy and program offerings. We want your talent If you''re great at: Leading disability management and accommodation processes from endtoend, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, followthrough, and excellent employee experience. Acting as a subject matter expert on health, wellbeing and disability management, supporting employees and people leaders, as well as leading organizational practices. Executing wellbeing strategies and leading key initiatives and projects to enhance employee wellness programs, including conducting periodic policy reviews and updates. Collecting and analyzing internal data and external benchmarking to inform wellbeing strategies, recommendations, and reporting. Engaging employees and leaders by supporting the delivery of wellbeing education, awareness activities, communications, and events. Communicating clearly and building strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external service providers. And you have: 3+ years of experience in wellbeing and disability management (experience within mediumtolarge employers is valued). A Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in HR Management, Organizational Development, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related fields are preferred. Experience with Workday is an assetbut not required. We really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
