You as a Project Coordinator (Building Group) will: Be involved in Pre-construction including municipal process'' and approvals Be working with our in-house personnel developing schedules, logistics and budgets Maintaining accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFIs and changes Working alongside and regularly communicate with owners, architects, contractors and engineers Reviewing, interpreting and updating construction schedules Managing and coordinating consultants Early works and construction tendering Conduct quality control activities, inspection programs and periodic updating of construction progress record Is this the right role for you You have an engineering degree or diploma and three years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience You have an architectural background to support strategic decisionmaking You have a working knowledge of scheduling and project management software You work positively within a team to achieve a common goal of completion of the project You have CISD Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain it EllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity Go ahead and be yourself.
