Position Description Midtown Mobile is seeking an empathetic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic Toronto-based team as a Veterinary Clinic Relationship Specialist. This individual will serve as an ambassador within the veterinary community, helping local clinics support their pet families with end-of-life care decisions and offering an in-home option when it''s preferred. They will engage with veterinary professionals by visiting clinics, attending conferences, and represent MMVHS at special events. Requirements Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Travel to veterinary clinics primarily in Toronto and the GTA. Occasional travel to other Canadian cities and the United States may be needed. Build strong, trust-based relationships by providing education on end-of-life care services and the benefits of recommending MMVHS and FPM to their pet families Share new ideas, trends, and best practices to strengthen relationships and ensure our services remain top-of-mind within the veterinary community Attend veterinary conferences and events to promote our services to veterinary professionals at our booths, speaking engagements, and special events Document and track outcomes from all visits, events, and meetings in our CRM to measure the effectiveness and impact of outreach efforts Delivery engaging ''lunch and learn'' educational presentations for veterinary clinic teams to help them improve the in-clinic euthanasia experience for pet families. Experience, Education and Requirements: At least 2 years of sales or outreach experience preferably in the veterinary industry, required Live within 40km of downtown Toronto, required Top notch oral and written communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience needs Strong interpersonal skills and connections and ability to build new relationships in the veterinary industry Prioritizing, time management, organizational skills, and ability to work with limited supervision Confident, independent thinker, and self-starter This position is a remote role requiring the ability to work independently. Hours may vary and some evening and weekend availability may be necessary to complete the necessary job functions Physical and Other Job Requirements: Able to sit for prolonged periods of time of up to 8 hours per day Able to frequently communicate by telephone and through use of computer technologies, including but not limited to email and video conferencing Average or above average working knowledge of the internet and scheduling and communications applications and software, such as Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), G Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendars, and Google Sheets), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, web-based communication software, and ability to learn proprietary Lap of Love software Access to reliable and secure internet Maintain confidentiality of all patient, client, and business information Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines Requires use of a personal, clean, and well-maintained vehicle; milage will be reimbursed based on the Canada Revenue Agency mileage guidelines Requires a valid passport, driver''s license, and maintaining a good driving record This job posting is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, but it aims to highlight the typical main responsibilities of the position.
