Chiropractic Assistant / Chiropractic Office Assistant Durham Region, ON $18$19 per hour (based on experience) Part-Time | Morning & Day Shifts We are hiring a Chiropractic Assistant to join a busy, established chiropractic clinic offering non-surgical spinal decompression and therapeutic modalities. This role is ideal for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and dependable individual who enjoys hands-on patient care and working in a structured healthcare environment. This is a clinical + administrative role. You will be actively involved in patient treatments, clinic flow, scheduling, and billing. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and maintains high standards. What You Will Do * Set up and assist patients on non-surgical spinal decompression units Apply and monitor IFC (Interferential Current Therapy) and related modalities Prepare patients for chiropractic exams and consultations Assist the chiropractor during consults and patient education Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments Handle billing, payments and invoicing. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area Provide consistent, professional patient care and front-desk support Who We Are Looking For Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Chiropractic Office Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Physiotherapy Assistant, or Clinic Assistant is an asset Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable in a hands-on healthcare environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic Confident using computers, EMR systems, and scheduling software Reliable, punctual, and accountable Own Transportation Ability to begin shift at 6:30am. Training is provided for the right candidate. This role suits someone who takes initiative and performs well with responsibility.
