Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscaper to join our small team on high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in planting, gardening, and basic property maintenance. The idea candidate is able to assist with snow clearing as needed in the winter months. Knowledge and/or experience in carpentry and general landscape construction is an asset. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or lead a small crew are key. Duties Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials with care and strong plant knowledge, ensuring proper placement, spacing, and visual appeal. Perform regular garden maintenance including weeding, edging, pruning, and seasonal cleanup to keep properties looking their best. Snow clearing during winter months as needed. Take accurate measurements, and execute landscape designs with a sharp eye for detail. Ensure job site standards are met by maintaining quality workmanship, efficient pacing, and a clean, safe environment. Assist in building custom fences, decks, and other outdoor carpentry structures with precision and durability. Support masonry tasks such as constructing retaining walls, interlock patios, steps, and stone features with a high level of craftsmanship. Qualifications Must have a G License. 23 years of professional experience in landscaping. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members and management. Proven experience building garden landscapes and stone projects.
