Nella Cutlery & Food Equipment Inc was established 70 years ago and serves the Greater Toronto Area''s finest restaurants and food shops with food equipment, utensils and knife sharpening services. From our roots as a family business, we continue to grow into a leading and vibrant organization within the food and restaurant industries. We are currently looking for a FULL-TIME (Monday Friday & rotational Saturdays) Customer Service/Cashier for our Mississauga location. The Customer Service/Cashier is responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers in our Mississauga retail showroom. If you are an energetic, with a positive attitude then we want to hear from you Duties and Responsibilities: Cultivate a welcoming environment to customers by providing professional, friendly, and timely customer service. Attend to customer inquiries and feedback. Perform cash register operations using POS system (SAP). Adhere to store cleanliness and health and safety standards. Participate in all visual merchandising strategies. Act as ambassador of the Nella brand by maintaining a professional and high-energy work environment. Qualifications: Previous retail or related service experience. Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong ability to multitask. High level of computer proficiency. Ability to work as part of a team, and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
