Position Overview: Reporting to the Director, Finance, the Senior Manager, CPG Finance will lead end-to-end FP&A for the Tim Hortons CPG business, including monthly close, management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role is a hands-on business partner to cross-functional leaders and will translate complex financial drivers into clear, actionable insights to improve performance. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical rigor, financial modeling capability, and people leadership experience, with a bias toward automation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end FP&A cadence for the Tim Hortons CPG business: month-end close, management reporting, rolling forecast, annual budget and long-range plan Lead variance and profitability analysis across volume/mix, pricing, trade/promo and customer/channel performance Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives (e.g. innovation, pricing, trade optimization, cost-to-serve) Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to align financial outlook with commercial plans and demand assumptions Prepare executive-ready materials and presentations; deliver clear insights and recommendations to drive decisions Identify and implement process improvement and automation to enhance accuracy, timeliness and insight generation Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts and managers; provide coaching, performance management and development planning Requirements 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting including business partnering and planning ownership Priper experience in CPG/FMCGstrongly preferred Advanced Excel and Powerpoint Skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (SAP, Onestream, IBM Planning Analytics considered an asset) Strong communication and executive presence; ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment under tight timelines Bachelor''s degree in Finance/ Accounting required; CPA/CMA/MBA/CFA preferred RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company''s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company''s long-term incentive plan.
