Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Sign Installer to oversee the installation of signage projects from start to finish. In this role, you will lead a team of installers, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards across all job sites. Your expertise will help deliver visually impactful signage solutions that meet client specifications and project deadlines. Duties Lead and coordinate sign installation teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects Oversee the safe handling, transportation, and installation of signage materials, including large or complex displays Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation methods and ensure compliance with safety regulations Use tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functioning of illuminated signs Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to clarify project requirements and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, site conditions, and safety inspections Ensure all installations adhere to company quality standards and client specifications Qualifications Proven experience in sign installation or related construction fields with leadership responsibilities preferred Proficiency in using electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations relevant to signage installation Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions clearly Physical ability to lift heavy signage materials and work at heights when necessary Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles as needed Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with electrical systems testing tools like ohmmeters, which enhance troubleshooting efficiency during installations.
