Position Overview ACE Tennis is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Junior Tennis Professional to lead junior programming at ACTC in Hamilton. This is a seasonal outdoor role, with the opportunity to be involved in ACE Academy coaching during the indoor season. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality tennis instruction to juniors in a positive and inclusive environment. Compensation & Opportunities Starting at $35/hour for group training (rate may increase based on experience and qualifications) Priority access to courts for private lessons Opportunities for additional income through: Private lessons Program and camp leadership Assisting with Ontario Tennis Association (OTA)-sanctioned tournaments Potential pathway into ACE Academy coaching during the indoor season Key Responsibilities Lead junior group programs, clinics, and summer camps for players of all ages and levels Mentor and oversee assistant coaches Promote a positive, inclusive, and development-focused training environment Contribute to the planning and organization of programs and camps Support the operation of OTA-sanctioned tournaments as required Qualifications Minimum Tennis Professionals Association (TPA) Club Pro 1 certification Valid TPA membership Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed How to Apply Please email your resume and a brief cover letter to Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
