Job Title

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to run our Thermwood CNC router in a production cabinet/millwork environment. This role focuses on machine operation, material handling, and organization rather than programming. G-code is supplied by our programmer, allowing the operator to focus on efficient, accurate production. Responsibilities Operate and maintain a Thermwood CNC router Load and run G-code files provided by the programmer (Mozaik used as the base software) Cut, label, and organize all CNC-cut materials accurately Keep parts organized in carts and staged properly for downstream processes Maintain accurate inventory of all sheet goods Safely operate a forklift to move sheet stock and materials Use a table saw to cut and maintain standard stock materials as needed Ensure a clean, safe, and organized CNC and material handling area Perform basic machine checks and report maintenance issues promptly Required Skills & Experience Experience operating a CNC router (Thermwood experience is a strong asset) Ability to read cut lists, labels, and basic shop drawings Comfortable working with G-code provided by others Forklift experience (certification preferred or willing to obtain) Proficiency using a table saw safely and accurately Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift sheet goods and work in a fast-paced shop environment Preferred (But Not Required) Familiarity with Mozaik software Previous experience in cabinet, millwork, or woodworking shops What We Offer Stable, full-time employment Clean, organized shop environment Support from programming and production teams Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow within the company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 41.5 per week Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance Language: English (required) Work Location: In person
