Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server / Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Previous experience in food and beverage service, especially in a restaurant or hospitality setting, is preferred. This role requires strong time management skills, proficiency with POS systems , and knowledge of food safety and handling procedures. Responsibilities For Bartender, Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards. Use POS systems for order entry and cashiering functions accurately. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to legal requirements. Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours. Experience Previous experience working as a server, bartender or in food service is highly desirable. Familiarity with restaurant operations, food safety standards, and food handling procedures. Proficiency with POS systems. Strong skills in serving, cashiering, basic math, and cash handling. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service within a hospitality environment.
