Position Summary The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator manages the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient warehouse operations, and timely delivery of products. This role plays a key part in supporting internal teams and external customers by coordinating logistics, resolving discrepancies, and sourcing materials, all while helping control costs and meet demand. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end flow of inventory, including inbound and outbound logistics Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory audits and system updates Track shipments using inventory and logistics software and resolve discrepancies as needed Optimize warehouse efficiency to support operational and customer needs Create, review, and manage purchase orders (POs) for accuracy Resolve receiving and accounts payable issues related to purchase orders Assist internal and external customers with expediting orders Support internal and external customers with sourcing parts and materials Skills & Qualifications Experience with inventory management and purchase order software Forklift experience required Knowledge of the HVAC industry preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively across teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Work Location: In person
