You''ll handle luxury furniture in stunning Calgary homes, work with professional designers, and build a real career in the process. What You''ll Do Load/unload high-end furniture and dcor with precision Drive company trucks to Calgary''s most beautiful properties Support our staging team during installs and de-stages Maintain our warehouse and inventory systems Collaborate with designers to bring million-dollar transformations to life Compensation & Growth Start at $22/hr + $3/hr completion bonus (for hitting daily metrics: punctuality, no damage, clean trucks & warehouse, etc.) 5% raise every 3-6 months in Year 1, then every 6-12 months thereafter Projected earnings: $27/hr + $3/hr bonus = $25-30/hr effective pay Health benefits after 6 months (20+ hrs/week) Clear growth path: Mover Driver Team Lead Manager Why Choose Dekora?
