Responsibilities Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the grocery area, adhering to safety standards. Utilize technology for inventory management and customer engagement. Provide exceptional phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery environments is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly shopping environment. Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate with customers clearly.
