Well, Samuel & Co. is looking for you As a key member of our management team, you must support the company vision and develop your store and team to reach its highest potential. What will you do? Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store Take initiative to update displays as new product arrives, keeping the store appearance fresh and trendy Ensure store reflects a clear visual theme that is well maintained and attractive to customers Identify best sellers and trends Maintain store window strategies and ensure proper marketing materials and signage are in effect Communicate product needs with the buying team to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty Verify vendor tags with company tags and security tags new product Completes all inventory documents with accuracy Ensures stock and product are organized and tasks complete Maintains back room organization Must prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business Who are you?
